Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are returning a product because an incorrect product was sent to you:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also provide an order number.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the issue. We will then ship you the correct product with a package and paid shipping label to return the old product.
If you want a refund because your product is broken:
Send images of broken product to email@example.com along with your order # and name. Once approved we will credit the payment method on file for a full refund. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
If you are returning a product and want a refund:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and reason for requesting a refund. Send your product to 415 Cottage Grove Rd. Bloomfield, CT 06002.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
